Terms of Service

These terms apply when you buy or use prepaid Wi-Fi vouchers from E. M. C. Information Technology Services ("we", "us"), Purok 6, Barangay San Jose, Malaybalay City, Bukidnon 8700, Philippines. By buying or using a voucher you agree to them.

1. What we provide

We provide prepaid Wi-Fi internet access through coin-operated vending machines and online voucher sales. A voucher gives you internet access for a limited time or amount of data, as described where you buy it.

2. Prices and payment

  • Prices are in Philippine pesos (PHP) and are shown before you pay. The price shown at checkout is the price you pay.
  • Online payments are processed by PayMongo. Right now, QR Ph is the only online payment option available; GCash, Maya, and card payments will be added soon. We do not receive your card number or e-wallet login.
  • At a vending machine, the coin slot keeps your coin only after you tap INSERT COIN on the portal page; if you do not, the coin is returned to you automatically. For coin-slot problems, see our Refund and Cancellation Policy.

3. Vouchers

  • A voucher is delivered to the device that made the purchase and, for online purchases, to the mobile number you entered.
  • When your time starts: your internet time starts counting when you first use the voucher (when you log in with it), not when you buy it.
  • Your voucher link lasts 24 hours: for online purchases we give you a link to reveal your voucher code, on the payment page and by SMS. The link can be opened for 24 hours after purchase, and only a limited number of times. After 24 hours you can no longer open the link, so please reveal and save your voucher code within that time.
  • After you reveal your voucher: the 24-hour limit applies only to the link, not to the voucher itself. Once you have revealed your voucher, an unused voucher stays valid and we do not currently set any further expiry date on it. If we introduce one in the future, we will update these terms first and it will apply only to vouchers bought after the update.
  • One device at a time: a voucher code can be used on one device at a time. While it is active it cannot be shared with, or moved to, another device.
  • Vouchers cannot be exchanged for cash or resold.
  • You are responsible for keeping your voucher code private. We cannot restore a voucher that you shared or lost after it has been used.

4. Service quality

Our service is provided on a best-effort basis. We do not guarantee 100% uptime or uninterrupted, error-free service, and we do not guarantee any particular speed. Speed and availability depend on the hotspot location, the number of users, our upstream internet provider, and network and environmental conditions such as power or weather.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to use the service for anything unlawful, to harm or disrupt the network or other users, to send spam or malware, to access or distribute unlawful content, to resell or share voucher codes, or to attempt to bypass payment or access limits. We may block a device or end a session, without refund, if we reasonably believe these rules are broken.

6. Limitation of liability

To the extent allowed by Philippine law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, loss of data, or losses caused by outages or events outside our reasonable control. Our total liability for any claim about a voucher is limited to the amount you paid for that voucher.

7. Changes

We may update these terms and our prices from time to time. Updated terms apply to purchases made after the "Last updated" date above.

8. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of the Philippines.
